Mrs. Loris was at one time my 8th grade english teacher, who taught me much more than just vocabulary and the proper use of punctuation. She encouraged me when no one else knew how deeply I needed to be. She genuinely cared about her students, and didn't just see her job as a paycheck. I'm deeply sorry for her family and friends for her loss. It's 7 years later and I still think of her often, and thank Jesus for allowing her to be a part of my story. God bless.

Dear Loris Family, Please accept my heart-felt condolences for the loss of your mother. She was great and very dedicated person. I worked with her on the same team (she was the team leader) for a few years at Nathan Hale. I had taken the position in October after school had already started and your mother's leadership made my transition so much easier for me. She offered advice, suggested strategies and was supportive. I can't tell you how grateful I was for her care and concern. After my own mother passed away, I was shocked at how many people approached me to say " She's not gone. She's in heaven and will assist you if you ask for her help." Well, they were right. Growing up with the Sullivan family was always an adventure. My mom and Margaret were bridge buddies and Ann Marie and I were close friends. I always tell the story of Margaret calling me for a favor one day; it seemed Annie, Michael and Peggy were working and she needed a babysitter.....for 11 kids!!
