Rosalie, Frank, Patti Joy, Medody and the entire family, I am deeply saddened to hear of Philip's passing. Philip was my neighbor, very first and very best friend. We walked to school together as children and spent countless wonderful hours playing at each other's houses and riding our bikes throughout the neighborhood. Please accept our condolences.
