Obituary of Craig Allyn Renz Sr.

Craig Allyn Renz Sr., age 82, of Milford, beloved husband of Marie DelVecchio Renz, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 31, 2026, in the comfort of his home with his loving family by his side. Born in Bridgeport on January 12, 1944, he was a son of the late Henry and Louise Tierney Renz. Craig had worked as a manager for Raybestos Manufacturing and the Home Depot. He enjoyed golf, but his pride and joy was from time spent with his granddaughters.

In addition to his wife Marie of 63 years, survivors include his three sons, Craig A. Renz Jr. and his wife, Kathryn, Patrick Renz and his wife Rose Iannino-Renz and Brian Renz, his two cherished granddaughters, Julia and Isabella, several nieces and nephews, and his dog Louie. He was predeceased by his sister, Sally Monahan and his brother, Henry Renz.

Relatives and friends may greet the family on Wednesday, September 9th from 4:00 to 7:00 pm with a prayer service starting at 6:30 pm in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
