Obituary of Rachela Fazio

Loving Aunt Rachela (Rose) Fazio, age 95, of Stratford, died peacefully on Friday, March 5, 2010 in Northbridge Health Care. Born in Danbury on May 26, 1914, she was a daughter of the late Natale and Giuseppina Pane Fazio. Rose was a retired employee of the Ohio Rubber Co. and was a member of the St. Theresa Guild of Holy Rosary Church. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a brother, Michael J. Fazio, a sister, Jenny Cordone, aunt and uncle, Philip and Teresa Pane. Survivors include two nephews, Natale C. Fazio of Stratford and Angelo Cordone of Trumbull, two grand nephews, James and Jonathan Cordone, one great grand niece, Susana Cordone and a great grand nephew, Samuel Cordone. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Monday at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Rosary Church, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Sunday from 2-5 p.m.
