Obituary of Madeline Mones

Madeline Geronimo Mones, age 88, of Trumbull, beloved wife of the late Albert Mones, passed away on Monday, August 12, 2013 in St. Vincents Medical Center. Born in the Bronx, New York on November 2, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Rafael and Nicoletta Carlucci Geronimo. She was a loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family and will be greatly missed. Survivors include two sons, Wayne Mones and his wife Lynn and Glen Mones, all of Trumbull, six grandchildren, Megan, Amber, Matthew, Michael, Edward and Marc, a great grandson, Jason, a brother, William Geronimo and his wife Norma of Torrington, a brother-in-law, Ben Chiaromonti of Shelton and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her beloved husband Albert of 53 years, she was pre-deceased by sisters, Bella Geronimo, Tessie Luciano, Lena Vella, Bella Chiaromonti and brothers, Patsy, Steve, Frank and Carlo Geronimo. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Friday, August 16, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Willowbrook Cemetery, Westport. Friends may call on Thursday from 4-8 p.m.
