Obituary of Cesaria Nunes

Beloved Mother and Grandmother Cesaria Nunes, age 72, of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late Mario Nunes, died suddenly on September 24, 2012 in Portugal. Born on April 22, 1940 in Portugal, she was the daughter of the late Joao Carlos and Maria Jose Rodrigues Vicoso. Along with her late husband they owned and operated Nunes Motors in Bridgeport for many years. She was a loving, dedicated mother and grandmother who truly loved to spend time with her family especially her grandson. Survivors include two loving sons, Mario Nunes and his wife Ermezinda and Jose Nunes, a cherished grandson, Mario Nunes, all of Stratford and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters and other relatives in Portugal and Europe. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Fatima Church, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Relatives and friends may call on Friday from 5-8 p.m.
