Obituary of Evelyn M. Blaze

Evelyn M. Blaze, age 84, of Trumbull , beloved wife of Charles Blaze, died on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at Maefair Health Care Center. Born in Bridgeport on June 3, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Veronica Slosar Kosturko. Evelyn was bookkeeper for her husband's Mason Contracting business. She enjoyed singing, ballroom dancing and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her daughter Sandi Blaze and husband Wiley Bell of Wilton and her three cherished grandchildren, Ryan, Taylor, and Sabrina Bell. She was predeceased by her son, Wayne M. Blaze. Funeral Information A Memorial Mass celebrating her life will take place on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 200 Shelton Rd., Trumbull.
