Obituary of Thomas Pellitteri

Resident of Stratford Thomas Pellitteri Sr., age 84, of Stratford, died peacefully on Sunday, August 28, 2011 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. Born in Astoria, NY., on November 19, 1926, he was a son of the late Vincent and Jennie Ballone Pellitteri, and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was the owner and operator of Pellitteri Chevrolet of Norwalk. Survivors include his three loving children, Vincent Pellitteri of Milford, Janice Ludwig of Trumbull, and Thomas Pellitteri Jr. of Brookfield; five cherished grandchildren, Jamie, Dana, Michelle, Nicole and Thomas; a brother, Joseph Pellitteri and his wife, Virginia of Whitestone, NY; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Mary Laurita and her husband, John. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11 a.m. at St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, New Canaan. Friends may call on Wednesday form 5 to 9 p.m.
