Obituary of Catherine Pezzullo

Resident of Trumbull Catherine Forte Pezzullo, age 94, of Trumbull, a retired employee of Shoppers Fair and McKessons, died on Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at her residence. Born in Bridgeport on November 12, 1911, she was a daughter of the late Alfonso and Immacolata Colonnese Forte. A Trumbull resident for the last eight years, she was a member of the St. Theresa Guild of Holy Rosary Church and the Council of Catholic Women. She was pre-deceased by her husband, James V. Pezzullo and two brothers, Michael Forte and Alfonso J. Forte. Survivors include two sons, James P. Pezzullo and John E. Pezzullo and his wife, Barbara, all of Trumbull, a sister, Clara Petitte of Bridgeport and a brother, Edward Forte of Bridgeport. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. The Pezzullo Family extends their heartfelt thanks to caregivers, Mary Collins, Aldene Kirton, Landcy Bazile and Sara Cotter, RN for the excellent care given to Mrs. Pezzullo. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, February 25, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in the Garden Mausoleum of St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
