Obituary of Lino Recine

Resident of Trumbull Lino Recine, age 84, of Trumbull, a retired laborer, died on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at his residence. Born in Frosinone, Italy on June 5, 1924, he was a son of the late Joseph and Anna Torre Recine and served in the Italian Army. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Antoinette Cefaloni Recine, a son Angelo Recine and his wife Sandra of Bridgeport, two cherished grandchildren, Lisa and Lauren Recine, two great grandchildren, Savannah and Mikayla, two brothers Vincent Recine of Florida and Perry Recine of New York, a sister Lucy Testani of Florida, a brother-in-law Nino Cefaloni and a sister-in-law Gina Cavalli, both of Italy. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Vitas Hospice staff who are Angels of God for their devoted care. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in the Garden Mausoleum of St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Monday from 4-8 p.m.
