Obituary of Lina Recine

Resident of Shelton Lina Creti Recine, age 64, of Shelton, a retired employee of Sikorsky Aircraft, died on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 in Lord Chamberlain Health Care Center. Born in Carouigno, Province of Brindisi, Italy on September 22, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Giuseppe and Ippolita Mannarini Creti. Survivors include her husband of 41 years Lino Recine, three sons, Lorenzo Recine and his wife Heather of Seymour, Antonio Recine and his wife Tara of Derby and Michael Recine and his fiance Suzan DiMarco of Seymour, two sisters, Rosa Flamini of Atlanta, GA and Lucia Turski of Venice, FL, five grandchildren, Nicholas, Anthony, Vincent, Matthew and Christie Recine, nieces and nephews, Anthony, Joseph and Ralph Flamini, Elena Cahill, Cindy Martin, John Jr. and Robert Turksi and several aunts, uncles and cousins in Italy. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. directly in St. Lawrence Church, 505 Shelton Rd., Shelton for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
