Obituary of Thomas Peter Romano

Thomas Peter Romano Jr., age 53, of Shelton, died peacefully on Tuesday September 4, 2012 at St. Vincents Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport, on November 7, 1958 he was a son of the late Thomas Peter Sr. and Lucia Cerino Romano. Thomas was an employee of Sikorsky Aircraft with 23 years of dedicated service. He was a 35 year member of the St. Frances Cabrini Council 4096 where he was a 4th Degree Knight, Supreme Anchor Club of America, St. Joseph Anchor Club of Bridgeport, the Trinacria M.A. Society and the Order of Alhambra. He was a very loving and caring man who will be deeply missed. Survivors include a niece, Annunziata (Tina) Zaccariello Tobin and her husband Timothy, nephew, Luigio Zaccariello and his wife Sheri, a sister, Carmela K. Zaccariello of Madison; a brother, Peter T. Romano and his wife Patricia of PA, nieces and nephews, Theresa Emert and her husband Matthew, Karen Klientop and her husband Scott and Peter T. Romano Jr., as well as many great nieces and nephews and dear cousins. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Margaret Mary Church, Shelton for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in the St Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
