Obituary of Martha L. Saccone

Resident of Trumbull Martha L. Saccone, age 87, of Trumbull, a retired executive secretary for Avco Lycoming and a former sales associate for D. M. Reads, died on Friday, March 17, 2006 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on February 25, 1919, she was a daughter of the late Pasquale and Lucia Petrucelli Saccone and a Trumbull resident for 45 years. She was a volunteer at St. Raphael and St. Catherine Churches. Survivors include nieces and nephews, John and Gail Saccone of Trumbull, Robert Fontaine of Ellenville, New York, Susan Jackson of Stratford, John Jackson of Trumbull, great nieces and nephews, Raina Saccone, LCpl Adam Jackson, Timothy Jackson, William Fontaine and Margie Fontaine, a great great niece and nephew, Drew and Blair Fontaine and several cousins. She was pre-deceased by two brothers, John P. Saccone and Peter P. Saccone, two sisters, Philomena Fontaine and Viola Elliano and a nephew, Ralph Fontaine. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Monday, March 20, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
