Obituary of Marie R. Salvaggio

Marie R. Capuano Salvaggio, age 92, beloved wife of Stephen Salvaggio of Trumbull, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2014 at the Ludlowe Center in Fairfield. Born in Brooklyn, NY on November 29, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Madeline Capuano. Before her retirement, Marie was a gourmet chef for over 25 years. In addition to her husband Steve of 72 years, she leaves several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters.

Interment will take place on SATURDAY, February 15, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. DIRECTLY in the State Veterans Cemetery, Middletown. Friends may call on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
