Obituary of Elizabeth Antoni Trisko

Shelton Resident Elizabeth (Betty) Antoni Trisko, age 95, of Shelton, a retired employee of Dresser Industries, entered in eternal rest on Sunday, April 11, 2010 in Shelton Lakes Nursing Home. Born in Bridgewater on October 18, 1914, she one of nine children of the late Stephen and Mary Borandza Antoni. A quiet, gentle soft spoken lady, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and also playing pinochle. She was pre-deceased by her husband John Trisko, three brothers, Joseph, Andrew and Louis Antoni and four sisters, Sophie Terita, Ann Dzialo, May Greene and Ceil Boston. Nanny will be sadly missed by her son John Richard Trisko and his wife and her caregiver Irene, two grandchildren, Donna Sanchez and her husband Juan of Woodbridge and Mark Trisko and his wife Allison of Naugatuck, four great grandchildren, Jaime, Jessie, Cole and Dylan. She is also survived by a sister Helen Doherty. The family would like to thank the loving and caring staff of Shelton Lakes for all of their kindness and professionalism. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Lawrence Church, Shelton for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
