Obituary of Edward G. White

Resident of Stratford Edward G. White Sr., age 47, of Stratford, devoted husband of Patricia A. Carrafiello White beloved son of Rose Marie Lecardo White of Stratford and the late George E. White, died peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, September 26, 2009. Born in Bridgeport on May 23, 1962, he was an Assistant Branch Manager for REXEL, in Stratford. Edward was a member of the FDIC and a past volunteer of the Stratford EMS, as well as the Moose Lodge of Stratford and was an avid New York Yankees and Green Bay Packers fan. He will be sadly missed by many relatives, friends and co-workers whose lives he touched. In addition to his wife and mother, survivors include, three children, two sons Edward G. White Jr. and Matthew M. White, a daughter Megan I. White, all of Stratford, a sister Laurie Petreycik of Stratford, mother-in-law Betty Carrafiello of Stratford, two sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law, Theresa and Dennis Elrod, Michael Carrafiello Jr. and Helen Danas, as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Thursday October 1, 2009 at 9:30 am in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 10:30 am in St. James Church, 2110 Main St. Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michaels Cemetery Stratford.
