Obituary of Warren L. Feller

Monroe Resident Warren L. Feller, age 83, of Monroe, beloved husband of Bettina Millo Feller, passed away with his family beside him on Friday, July 26, 2013 in St. Vincents Medical Center. Born in Trumbull on March 10, 1930, he was a son of the late Harry and Betsy Burns Feller. A U. S. Army Veteran of the Korean War, he was a master mechanic and foreman for McClinch Crane Service for 27 years. Mr. Feller enjoyed working with his hands, making and fixing almost anything. A very family oriented man, he was a good husband, father and grandfather, who especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and his many friends. He was kind to all who knew him and always had a smile on his face. An avid New York Yankees and UConn Girls Basketball fan, he was also a member of the Trumbull Rangers. Mr. Feller was a devoted parishioner of St. Jude Church and always attended the 7:30 a.m. Mass on Sundays. In addition to Bettina, his wife of 57 years, survivors include two daughters, Linda DeLaurentis and her husband Jack of Naugatuck and Karen Esposito of North Branford, three grandchildren, Alexa DeLaurentis, Gary Andrew Esposito and Daniel Warren Esposito, a sister, Audrey Rainey of Stratford as well as several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by five brothers, Ellwood, Raymond, Harry, Milton and Stanley Feller and three sisters, Mildred Parker, Evelyn Keegan and Dorothy Howard. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Jude Church, Monroe for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment with full military honors will follow in St. John Cemetery, Monroe. Friends may call on Monday from 4-8 p.m.
