Obituary of Josephine Cataldo

Josephine Tadduni Cataldo, age 90, of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late Salvatore Cataldo Sr., passed away on Friday, April 26, 2013 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Born on February 10, 1923 in Graniti, Sicily, Italy she was a daughter of the late Vincent and Nina Caudo Tadduni. Prior to her retirement, she worked as an inspector for Acme Shear Co. Survivors include her two sons, Salvatore Cataldo Jr. and Carmen Cataldo and his wife Joanne, both of Bridgeport, three grandchildren, Elizabeth, Victoria and Daniel Cataldo, two great grandchildren, Jayden and Gia, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Thomas and Frank Tadduni and two sisters, Carmela Mazza and Santa Yacovelli. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Monday, April 29, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9:30 a.m. in St. Patrick Church Bridgeport, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in the St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
