Obituary of Rose Marie Cesero

Formerly of Trumbull Rose Marie DeFeo Cesero, age 80, formerly of Trumbull, loving wife of the late Louis W. Cesero, died on Monday, July 2, 2012 in Ludlowe Health Care, Fairfield. Born in Bridgeport on, March 15, 1932 she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Theresa Emitazione DeFeo. She was pre-deceased by a brother, Ralph A. DeFeo. Rose enjoyed cooking for her children and grandchildren, especially her memorable holiday meals, which will never be forgotten. She was happiest spending time with her family whether it was babysitting endless hours, watching her grandchildren participate in recitals and theatrical productions or just casually relaxing and listening to them singing and playing their various musical instruments. She will be fondly remembered for her kind and gentle nature and will be sadly missed. Survivors include, five children, Terry Way and her husband Paul of Naples, FL, Tony DAndrea of Derby, Deborah McGuigan and her husband Patrick of Trumbull, Kimberly Plitnick and her husband Glenn of Trumbull and Louis W. Cesero II and his wife Amra of Ansonia, daughter-in-law Ginny DAndrea of Seymour, nine grandchildren Alicia DAndrea, Anthony DAndrea, Michael McGuigan, Bailey McGuigan, Kayla Plitnick, Brooke Plitnick , Morgan Plitnick, Benjamin Cesero and Kenan Cesero, three great grandchildren, Julia, Abigail and Santos; a brother, Blase DeFeo and his wife Janine of Woodbury, as well as many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the caregivers at Ludlowe Health Care Center and the CHF Clinic at St. Vincents Medical Center, for their caring and compassion. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Friday, July 6, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Friday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
