Obituary of Shirley F. Chruslicki

Shirley F. Bayerle Chruslicki, age 88, of Bridgeport passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014 at St. Vincents Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of the late Stanley J. Chruslicki. Born in Bridgeport on December 25, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Richard and Helen Rowland Bayerle. Shirley had been employed by Sikorsky Aircraft for many years where she worked assembling circuit boards and prior to that had been employed by Dictaphone. She was also a proud member of the Heart Club at St. Vincents Medical Center. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her husband of 54 years, Stanley, she is also predeceased by her daughter Elizabeth Ann Sirella, a brother Norman Bayerle and sisters, Helen Kazenewsky and Betty Josewitz. She is survived by her grandson, Michael Sirella, son-in-law, Ken Sirella, both of Deep River, a sister-in-law, Val Mitzak of NJ, a devoted niece, Sharrell Derlega and her husband Ted of Bridgeport along with several nieces and nephews Friends may call on Friday, March 28, 2014 from 12:00 1:00 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. A prayer service will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be held in Gate of Heaven Cemetery at a later date.
