Obituary of Mary Petrocelli Cousins

February 03, 2006 Bridgeport Resident Cousins Mary Petrocelli Cousins, of Bridgeport, a home maker, went to heaven on Friday, February 3, 2006, in St Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Ida Bogash Petrocelli. To those who knew and loved her, she was affectionately known as Gern. She was predeceased by her husband, Maurice N. Cousins, brothers, Patsy, Peter, Louis and Frederick Petrocelli, and a sister, Agnes Marchetti. Survivors include a son, Nicholas T. Cousins and his wife Arlene, a daughter, Janet Landone and her partner, Bob Lisi, grandchildren, Mary Lou Zarrella and her husband Larry, Lisa Landone, Nicholas Cousins, Maureen Carroll and her husband Tom, Fred Cousins and Christine LaBarba, great grandchildren,Christopher Costa, Fred Cousins, Kim Cousins, Amy Cousins, Nichelle Cousins, Thomas Carroll and Matthew Zarrella, two great great grandchildren, Jacob Costa and Elias Cousins, and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her beloved cat Polka Dot and was pre-deceased by Inky and Tabby Cats. She was one in a million. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at 10a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11 a.m. in St. Augustine Cathedral for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Monday from 4 - 8 p.m.
