Obituary of Michael O. Curri

Michael O. Curri, age 73, beloved husband of Barbara Schug Curri, of Shelton, passed away on Monday March 10, 2014 in Connecticut Hospice, Branford surrounded by his loving family. Born in Bridgeport on July 18, 1940, he was a son of the late Michael Angelo and Theresa Yesso Curri. Before his retirement in 1997, he was a financial consultant with Rhodia Inc. for many years. Michael volunteered as a tax aide to seniors after retirement and was an enthusiastic golfer. In addition to his wife, Barbara, survivors include a sister, Cira Curri of San Francisco, CA, two aunts, Helen Curri Sopchak and Reba Curri Susi, both of Milford as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. Funeral Information A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 12:00 noon in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Friends may greet the family on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
