Obituary of Sadie D'Andria

Sadie Calcagno DAndria, age 92, of Stratford, beloved wife of Angelo DAndria, died peacefully on Sunday, December 1, 2013 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Born on June 17, 1921 in Queens, New York she was a daughter of the late Michael and Ninfa Barbera Calcagno. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who was dedicated to the love and care of her family. She will be deeply missed. In addition to her beloved husband of 67 years, Angelo, survivors include three loving daughters, Patricia Lieberman and her husband Peter of Houston, TX, Barbara Jarosko and her husband William Sr. of Trumbull, and Carolyn DAndria of Stratford, six cherished grandchildren, James Lieberman and his wife Deana, Kenneth Lieberman, Thomas Lieberman and his wife Melissa, Charles Poisella, Christopher Poisella and his wife Ashley and William Jarosko, Jr. and his wife Des, seven great grandchildren, Blake, Toni, Kenedy, Kacee, Julian and Miles Lieberman and William Jarosko III; a sister Annette Bonfiglio of Yorktown Heights, NY, as well as several nieces and nephews. She also leaves a dear friend and caregiver, Phyllis Butler. She was predeceased by her sister, Connie Hart and two brothers-in-law, Charlie Hart and Michael Bonfiglio. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Thursday, December 5, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:30 a.m. in St. Ann Church, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will take place on Friday at 1:00 p.m. in Pinelawn Cemetery, Farmingdale, New York. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Wednesday from 4-7 p.m.
