Obituary of Mary Rose Grillo

Resident of Milford Mary Traggianese Grillo, age 90, of Milford, a retired sales associate for Kays Department Store, died on Tuesday, September 25, 2007 in Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Bridgeport on October 29, 1916, she was a daughter of the late Carmine and Maria Costanzo Traggianese. A Milford resident since 1977, Mrs. Grillo enjoyed sewing and playing bingo. She was pre-deceased by her husband Victor N. Grillo Sr. and a sister, Teresa Soule. Survivors include two sons, Roger Grillo of Milford and Robert Grillo of Trumbull, four brothers, Ray Traggianese and his wife Helen, Robert Traggianese and his wife Rose, Carmine Tragianese, all of Bridgeport and Anthony Traggianese of Huntington, three sisters, Helene Tragianese, Susan Cecchini and Shirley Kostecki, all of Bridgeport as well as many nieces, great nieces and great nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Friday, September 28, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Gabriel Church, Milford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m.
