Obituary of Donna G. Arsenault

Donna G. Arsenault, age 75, of Stratford, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born on November 30, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Marion Butler Griffin. Before her retirement she was a home health aide with the Visiting Nurses Services of Bridgeport for many years. After her retirement she continued to care for people by doing volunteer work at the Dinan Center. Donna so enjoyed taking family and friends, who became family, out to dinner. She loved listening to WICC, watching daily Mass, The Young & Restless, The Bold & Beautiful, Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune and never missing her beloved Red Sox. Survivors include two sons, Roger Arsenault and his wife Christine of Bridgeport, Jeffrey Arsenault and his wife Deborah of South Carolina, adopted daughter Shirley Tutunjian, a very dear and loyal friend, companion, and caregiver Robert Imparato, three brothers, Jeff Griffin, Alan Griffin and William Griffin, a sister, Charlotte Hill, four grandchildren, Melissa Arsenault, Sandra Burgos, Roseanna Burgos, and Deborah Burgos, three great-grandchildren, Zachary Arsenault, Jacob Rice, and Noah Stroffolino, cousin Lee Krol, as well as many other cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by five brothers, Charles Jr., John, Phil, Dan and Bobby Griffin and sister, Fran Brannan. Funeral Information Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, March 13, 2014 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. A prayer service will follow at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
