Obituary of Constantino J. Falcone

Constantino John Falcone (Gus), age 86, of Bridgeport, CT, passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 after a brief illness. Born in Providence, RI, he was a son of the late Constantino (Gus) and Giovanina (Jenny) Barbato Falcone and brother to the late Joseph D. Falcone, the late Paul R. Falcone and the late Rudolph Falcone. He was pre-deceased by his loving wife Edith F. Faria in 1989. He is survived by his sister, Janet Nemirow of Warwick, RI. Constantino was a veteran of the US Army, serving during World War II. He was employed at the Dictaphone Corporation (later Pitney-Bowes) in Bridgeport for over 30 years as a boiler mechanic and head of maintenance. He was the father of Constance J. Falcone of West Haven, CT and Richard P. Falcone of Middle River, MD and is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:30 am in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull and at 11:00 am in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday morning beginning at 9:30 am until the time of service.
