Obituary of Lorraine M. Hall

Lorraine Jusseaume Hall, age 83, of Bridgeport, passed away peacefully the morning of Tuesday, September 10, 2013. Born in Stamford on August 15, 1930, she was the daughter of Edward and Laura (Cantella) Jusseaume. She is survived by her loving husband William F. Hall, two children, Dr. Laura Hall of Manchester and William Hall and his wife Deborah of Plainville, and two grandchildren, Wil Hall and Robert Naples III. Lorraine graduated from Mother of God Academy, Merrills Business College, and Grace School of Modeling. She modeled for Bloomingdales for 15 years and worked as a secretary for Public Loan for 10 years. After getting married and having children, she became a dedicated mother and homemaker and remained very active in Church and charity work including: Eucharistic minister, church choir, hospitality chairperson, Vice President of the Friendship Club, Council of Catholic Women (member and chairperson, St. Charles Church, Bridgeport, CT), and Member of the Parish Council. The family thanks Ludlowe Center for their caring service and genuine commitment: the nurses, therapists, and staff thank you. 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull, and at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Church, Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Lorraines name to the American Diabetes Association, 2080 Silas Deane Highway, 2nd Floor, Rocky Hill, CT 06067.
