Bob was both a delight and a force. A delight in his joy for life and meeting up with his friends and acquaintances. We would come across each other once or twice a year at various meetings or calls. Always after we'd chatted about the latest developments and what needed to be done, the talk would turn to families and what was happening. Then he would smile even more. A force, in never giving up in trying to improve the cash management standards and processes around the world. Then he made me smile with his unrelenting enthusiasm and his so 'un-put-downable' attitude. Laura and family he was a lovely man, but I am sure you know this and miss him. So do I. Regards, Jack

Just thinking of Paul as we start a New Year and plan (with others) to issue the next edition of the BSB Newsletter, the focus of much of Paul's attentions both while working and in retirement. Paul and I were great friends for many years. He was a true professional, deeply committed to his work well into retirement. He made many contributions to the finance industry. Paul, his good humor and great friendship, and his work are appreciated and remembered by many of his business friends and associates. Best Wishes - Bob

Dear Laura, I worked with Paul many years ago at GE Corporate Treasury. He always spoke of you and the wonderful children and grandchildren. He was truly a beautiful person with a kind and loving way towards others. I have often thought of Paul after I left GE, and will remember him smiling as in this beautiful photo here. You were his light, may God bless you and the family.

Paul was a sharp guy and a great friend. He knew the score and he made sure everyone else knew it. He was a true champion of Commercial Account Analysis and of the BSB, Bank Services Billing, in particular. Paul knew more about the banks that were producing it, the software companies supporting it and the major corporations that were using it than anyone else on the planet. He was a long time business associate, analysis compatriot, supporter and more - a friend. The banking world will miss him and I will miss him dearly. Goodbye, Paul
