Obituary of Lois Ann Goodwin

Lois Ann Saunders Goodwin, age 81, of Shelton, beloved wife of the late Wilfred Goodwin, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 13, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospital, Waterbury. Born on August 24, 1933 in New Britain, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth and Lois Ann Saunders. Lois was a retired customer service associate with the former Union Trust Bank with 15 years of dedicated service. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who cared for her family deeply. She will be missed by all who knew her. Survivors include her three loving daughters, Kathleen Gagnon and her husband Michael, Linda Goodwin and Sharon Kowall, all of Shelton, five cherished grandchildren, Tyler and Kyle Attanasio, Olivia and Ryan Thanassi and Angel Kowall, a sister, Faith Fehrenbach of California, as well as several nieces and nephews. All funeral services were private and burial took place in Fairview Cemetery, West Hartford. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
