Obituary of Frances J. Piccinino

Frances Liscinsky Piccinino, age 81, of Stratford, beloved wife of Dominic D. Piccinino, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 in St. Joseph's Center. Born in Bridgeport on June 9, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Julia Nemergut Liscinsky. She was a loving wife and angel to her husband Dominic and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. In addition to Dominic, her husband of 62 years, survivors include a son, Reverend Corey Piccinino of Bethel and a daughter, Donna Saputo and her husband Richard of Stratford, two granddaughters, Dawn Schirizzo and Kara Rizzardi and her husband Greg and three great grandchildren, Gianna, Ava and Michael. She was pre-deceased by four brothers and four sisters. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the dedicated caregivers at St. Joseph's Center, Nancy Levine, Toni Teele and Shawna Brooks. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Name of Jesus Church, Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in the Garden Mausoleum at St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
