Obituary of Stella Crisara

Stella Crisara, age 82, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 in Bridgeport Health Care Center. Born on April 12, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Maria Guzzomi Crisara, and was a lifelong Bridgeport resident. Stella loved children and animals and was the most happy when she was with her family. A special thanks to Stella's extended family at Bridgeport Health Care who provided so much love and support to Stella over the years. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Josephine Crisara. Survivors include three sisters, Angelina Moretti of Shelton, Michaelina Smith and her husband Chip and Joan Piccirillo, all of Bridgeport, a brother, Rocco Crisara of Waterbury and many beloved nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass celebrating her life will take place on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Margaret's Shrine, 2539 Park Ave., Bridgeport. Interment will be private.
