Obituary of Halo Nanaj

Halo Nanaj, age 78, of Trumbull, beloved husband of Rukije Ruka Nanaj, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2016 in St. Vincent's Medical Center. Born in Vlora, Albania on January 1, 1938, he was the son of the late Hysen and Fatime Zeka Nanaj. He was an electronical engineer with the Albanian Army for many years. In addition to his wife Rukije of 54 years, survivors include three daughters, Roza Canaj and her husband Flamur of Trumbull, Arta Sevrani of Bridgeport and Irena Leka and her husband Enton of Florida, six grandchildren, Fiorela Canaj, Rejdi Canaj, Deborah Sevrani, Megan Nanaj, AnaDea Leka and Jacqueline Leka. Friends can greet the family on Saturday, October 8, 2016 from 12:00- 2:00 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull followed by a graveside service in Nichols Village Cemetery, Trumbull.
