While taking a stroll along the sea wall in Lordship we stopped and talked to Jim and his friends. After that we became his friends too. Several years ago we retired and moved to Florida always taking a stroll along the sea wall on our return,and stopping to visit with Jim and his group of friends. The past two trips home to visit our kids we took our stroll on the sea wall and didn’t see Jim or his group of friends and wondered if he was alright. Reading the obituaries this morning I was saddened to see he has passed. We would like his children and grandkids to know that we always enjoyed visiting with him, and will always remember him as a sweet and kind man.
