I have so many beautiful memories of "Mama Dee"! She was that perfect second mom to me...I was always at the house after school with Ann, Timmy and Chris...and I will always remember her with that happy smile, full of spunk and always looking so pretty! Such an incredible soul; always giving 100% of her time to the church and anyone who might need her help. She always made me feel so comfortable at the house and would always make Ann and me macaroni & cheese, our favorite! Thinking of just some of the many memories that fill my heart with love for Dee and the family. Much love to you all.

To my cousins that I haven’t seen in years: My heart is with you all this week. Rest assured Aunt Dee is no longer suffering and I with the Lord. I always loved Aunt Dee. Her quick wit, humor, and love were some of her greatest attributes. The pain of losing a parent is very difficult. In time it gets better. My deepest condolences. Cousin Matty

I remember Mrs. Morris always being so sweet. It was usual to see her at school events and church. She was always smiling and had a kind word. It was obvious she loved her children very much. May her soul rest in the arms of Jesus.
