Alissa was such a joy to be with! I have such great memories of working with her on various projects and spending time with her in Paris. She was beautiful inside and out and will be missed greatly.

Alissa hired me at sepracor 17 years ago and was my manager for a few years. She was such a wonderful mentor. She was always positive, always had a smile on her face, and made sunovion a better place. My condolences and prayers to her family.

Alissa was a wonderful person. Every single time we talked or worked together I learned from her and appreciated her calm but fiery intellect and resolve. She was a friend and a colleague that will be greatly missed and very fondly remembered!

I'm devastated. Alissa was my roommate in StonyBrook and we shared so many experiences together: hanging out with her then boyfriend Erv ( now husband), going to the beach, food shopping, going to restaurants...we even studied together. She'd be making coffee into the wee hours of the night so we could continue studying. And she would always have a smile on her face and put others in a good mood. She was intelligent, bubbly and likable by many.
I have wonderful memories of her and am deeply saddened that her life ended so soon.
I wish her whole family strength and comfort at this difficult time. She will be in your hearts forever. ❤️
Peace to all
Irene and Joseph Walker

Alissa was my trainer at Sunovion, my colleague and a friend to all of us. She had patience of a Saint, and one of the most beautiful hearts I knew. Always a fighter, and forever an inspiration. God bless you always.

No Alissa! You and I enjoyed our journey together at Sepracor/Sunovion..as District Managers, and then into our respecitve roles...staying in touch for the past 18+ years! I am so sad to hear that you have now left us, but hopeful that you will once again find that passion and love on the other side that you embraced here on earth. You were a very close friend, confidant, and such a soldier. Rest in peace, my friend.

So many memories... Alissa and I met in 1965 in Brooklyn NY.. We started third grade together in a new school. Alyssa made me so things that I would never have done on my own.. She taught me how to have fun and get into trouble all at the same time. We would throw out our lunches and go to the deli with our allowances. When she moved to Fresh Meadows I would go visit her on the weekends and we would spend our days melting crayons onto soda bottles. I know it sounds silly but I can still smell that smell! We went to sleepaway camp together and she got stimuck on the rafters in the boys bunk till morning. I will miss you Alissa. I'm so sorry we lost touch. RIP my friend ..until we meet again
