Jack and Judy Delaney posted a condolence

We"ll remember Dave as one of the kindest, gentlest men ever; we've known Dave and Eileen since 1973 when we lived nearby in Trumbull. Our friendship continued when we celebrated those anniversary dinners with the Fetzers, and we stayed in touch after Eileen sadly passed. We were fortunate to have spoken to Dave by phone shortly before his passing, Such a proud dad and grandpa who is greatly missed by all who knew him.
Our condolences to Mike, Rob, Beth and their families.
Jack and Judy Delaney and family!

For many years I have enjoyed working with Dave in the various functions of the Tashua Knolls Senior Men's Club. He was untiring in his efforts to help the Club serve our members. He enjoyed competing in our Golf and both Bowling leagues and was a winner in both sports. I was privileged to be Dave's golfing partner in all team events for the past several years.
Many in our club will sadly note Dave's absence, but I will miss him most.

Dave was a special person in always ready to assist when you asked his help. He was calm and steady in his response and never indicated time was not available to assist you. I'm sure he will have a special place in heaven assisting our Lord.

It was so sad to hear of your Dad's sudden passing. Everyone was happy to see him with 2 of his grands at the reunion last year. My husband worked with him at IBM many years ago. He was always a gracious, kind man. Please accept our sympathy and know many of his cousins are with you in thought and prayer. Take care & God Bless! Sincerely ~ Tom & Lorraine Martini Pieper, (Cincinnati)
