Obituary of Frances Soriano

Frances Soriano, age 82 of Bridgeport, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 21. 2021 at St. Joseph’s Manor. Born on October 8, 1938 in Bridgeport, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Soriano. A loving sister, cousin, and friend who will be truly missed by all who knew her.

Frances is survived by her beloved brother, Joseph “Jerry” Soriano of VA and many cousins of both the Connecticut and New Jersey families.

In early life Frances was in show busines in New York, London, England, Las Vegas and more. Leaving the theater, she worked in Honolulu for the Mayors' performing arts commission. Upon her return to Connecticut, she was employed by the City of Bridgeport until her retirement. Frances was a lover of the theater and music. She will be missed by family and her many friends.

All funeral services will be held privately.
