Obituary of Concetta A. Farrell

Concetta Pica Farrell, age 78, of Bridgeport, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at Ludlowe Center in Fairfield with her family by her side. Born in Bridgeport on February 25, 1944, she was a daughter of the late Gene and Linda (Rossi) Pica.

Before her retirement, Connie worked as a sales associate with J.C. Penny's and as home health aide. She was a loving mother, sister and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include three children, Kevin Farrell of Bridgeport, Kellie Clomiro and her husband Ian of Shelton and Michael Farrell of Elizabeth, CO, two sisters, Linda Moss of Bridgeport and Ann Marie Basso and her husband Louis of FL and four grandchildren, Kate, Maggie, Reed and Colin as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Leo Farrell and a brother, Gene Pica.

A funeral service will take place on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at 12 noon in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may greet the family on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon.
