Obituary of Russell P. Kuhn
September 21, 2007 Bridgeport Resident
KUHN- Russell P. Kuhn, age 82, of Bridgeport, died on Friday, September 21, 2007 at his residence surrounded by his loving family and joined his late wife Ida Caltabiano Kuhn in eternal rest. Born and raised in Scranton, PA, he was a son of the late Harold and Rose Kuhn, and was a WWII US Navy veteran. Mr. Kuhn worked as the Head of Electric Department at Bullard Havens Technical High School for 25 years. He was a 30 year member of Our Lady of the Rosary Chapel, and a former member of the Knights of Columbus. He was an owner and enthusiast of classic cars and motorcycles. Mr. Kuhn was a member of the Jaguar Association of America and volunteered his services in the repair of pipe organs. Survivors include three sons, Russell J. Kuhn and his wife Marjorie of Merrimack, NH, John P. Kuhn and his wife Laurie of Bridgeport and James M. Kuhn of Shelton, a daughter, Lori-Ann Saslow and her husband Steven of North Haven, ten grandchildren, Christopher, Allison, Jessica, Victoria, Alexandra, Hannah, Adam, Joshua, Jennifer and Amanda, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Funeral Information
Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Rosary Chapel, Monroe. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. Donations Information
