I was just informed through a Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing Alumnae Association meeting of Patty's passing and so, so sorry to learn this. I worked with Patty in Surgease at Bridgeport Hospital. She was an exceptional and compassionate nurse exemplifying professionalism. She had an amazing sense of humor which made working together a true joy.
My heartfelt condolences to Gerry and the family whom she always spoke so passionately about and with such joy.
Rest in peace dear friend and know that you made an indelible difference to so many.
I will forever cherish the memories I shared working with you.

I was so sorry to hear about Patty. We had great times working together in the Emergency Department- laughs, tears, joy and sorrow. I looked up to her and she was my role model. Patty was not only smart but empathetic and hysterically funny. She loved her family and was always beaming when telling us her family stories. I will cherish our memories forever.

Sending our heartfelt condolences, prayers and thoughts to Jerry, Kristen, David and the entire Rowe Family. I have so many fond memories growing up of Aunt Pat and our time visiting in Milford from the pool in the summer, to the super bowl downstairs, to playing hide and seek. Aunt Pat was full of life and joy and touched those and the world around her.

My dear friend. We have shared so much starting with meeting in the dorm of Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing in 1966. Our friendship grew as we graduated and worked in the Emergency Room of Bridgeport Hospital. Oh, the times we had. The cycle of life continued with marriage and children. I moved away but WE did not. Phone calls and visits kept us going. We had our ups and downs, good times and bad and through it all we always remained close in mind and heart. You are the “wind beneath my wings”, the sister I never had. And I know you felt the same. We shared a very special bond that death can not end. I will miss hearing your voice. I will miss your smile. I will miss your sense of humor. The Kingdom of Heaven is your new address, save me a place. I will always love you Frida. Cheryl aka Duckie

Sending our sincere sympathies. I will always remember Pat's sense of humor and generosity. When I admired one of her dried flower creations, she immediately shared one with me.
