Obituary of Stephen Labowsky

U. S. Army Veteran Stephen Labowsky, of Monroe, beloved husband of Helen Hesse Labowsky and father of Tracy Labowsky, passed away on May 23, 2008 at St. Vincents Medical Center. He was born in Seymour and proudly served in the 11th Airborne Division, stationed at Fort Campbell, KY. Mr. Labowsky retired from Schick Safety Razor Company in Milford, where he was a tool and die maker and later a manufacturing engineer. In addition to his wife and daughter, two brothers, Peter of Ansonia and Alexander of Madison and a sister, Amelia of FL, numerous nieces and nephews, and many cherished friends survive him. Funeral Information A Mass of Christian Burial meeting directly in St. Stephen Church, 6948 Main Street, Trumbull, will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be private. Calling hours will be on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
