I met Phil 7 years ago and he was always kind, crazy, loving, and a great friend. We had many conversations and prayers about life, family and what he was going through. He was a trooper and a great friend. My heart is heavy but I know his heart was right with God. Phil will forever be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you, the family of Phil.
