Obituary of Susan Lang

Oxford Resident Susan Lang age 84, born Assunta Millo died on December 23rd, 2009 with her family and friends by her side at St. Vincent Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT after a courageous fight against cancer. Susan was born on Nov 30, 1925 in Bridgeport to Mr. and Mrs. Antonio and Bettina Millo. Susan was a lifelong homemaker and resident of Bridgeport who loved to walk around the city, ride the bus with her friends and chat with her neighbors. She is survived by her sons, Richard Lang and wife Nancy of Oxford; Robert Lang of Plainville; daughters, Margaret Lang Cruz of Bridgeport, Susan Lang of Florida, grandchildren, Jose, Jesse, Christopher, Jeannette, Janel, Chanel, Jeremy and Adam, two brothers Santo Millo and wife Paula of Stratford and Pellegrino (Pal) Millo of Bridgeport, two sisters, Betty Feller and husband Warren of Monroe and Teresa Julian of Bridgeport as well as several great grandchildren. The family would like to thank Shady Knoll Nursing home and St Vincent Medical Center for their care and kindness to Susan during her final days on earth. Funeral Information Friends can greet the family on Monday, December, 28, 2009 at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull from 4-8 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday at 10 a.m. directly in St Margaret Shrine, 2516 Park Ave, Bridgeport CT for a Mass of Christian Burial.
