While our parents played bridge on Saturday nights Eileen and I shared stories, listened to rock and roll, and played dress-up. Those were some of my best young teenage days. And over the years Eileen never changed that sweet and kind personality. I will always treasure those nights as well as our recent long phone conversations. My heart goes out to Roy and all the family for such a great loss. Rest in peace, sweet Angel.

Eileen was one of the sweetest persons that I knew. Jerry, Marie and I would often visit with her and Eric as we grew up in Norwalk and Georgetown. She had a big heart. She made you feel happy and always had a smile. I remember as a very broke young man just out of Vietnam and desperately needing a car for commuting to college that she gave me a good deal on her powder blue Ford Falcon. I’ll be ever grateful for all the good times that we had with Eilene.
