Obituary of Jose Isaias Solano
Jose Isaias Solano, age 48, of Ansonia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 17, 2023. Born in Bridgeport on July 18, 1974, he was a son of Minerva Garcia Solano and the late Jose Solano. Jose was currently an examiner with the Department of Motor Vehicles in Bridgeport.
Izzy was a leader. A standup guy. Someone you wanted on your side. He was, at his best, a Dad, a son, a brother, a cousin, and a loyal friend. His presence was massive. He gave so much away, that he may have forgotten himself. He provided and protected so often that he grappled with his own strength. It is no wonder his love language was quality time. There is no doubt that when you saw his smile, and he would say, "I Love you" that your world would calm. We received when he was around; but he may have been using us to recharge. He plugged into the gratitude people would project from being on the other end of his generosity. It filled him up. He could feel good knowing how much he did. He felt proud knowing how hard he worked. His pride was loud. He was deserving of reciprocation. He was the brightest light in every room and the world now seems so much dimmer without him. We question whether we ever deserved you. Your energy has now transitioned to place where it is all things and everywhere at the same time. Your expansion is heartbreaking. We know you're probably laughing and making fun of us all for acting like punks. But the pain from losing you will never go away and the love you gave will forever remain. This is how we will remember you. Rest in Peace. Love, your family
In addition to his beloved mother Minerva, and his step father Reinaldo Padilla, survivors include his three loving children, Alyscia A. Solano, Zander Solano and Ethan Solano, two sisters, Delila Valverde and her husband Ceasar and Linette Solano as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends. He was predeceased by a sister, Solangel Solano.
