Obituary of Jerry J. Peters

Jerry Peters, age 100, husband of the late Pauline Peters and World War II Veteran of Wilton, CT died peacefully on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Wilton Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation. Born in Baltimore, Maryland on May 8, 1923 Jerry was the son of the late Max and Hattie Peters. Survivors include his two sons, Edward Peters and Howard Peters and his wife Ruth, two daughters, Sandy Sherman and Renee Irvin and her husband Jim, five grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by his sisters, Gwen Yoffee and Mae Cohen and his son, Richard Peters. A Graveside Service will take place on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 11:00 am in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull with Military Honors. Arrangements entrusted to Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, Trumbull.
