On behalf of the' Bruno' family, we wish to extend our sorrow and prayers. May he 'Rest In Peace eternally, and be remembered in 'Life', for the leader and teammate he was, always supportive, encouraging, all of us to be the best we could be. As a fellow veteran, it would have been a honor to serve under his command, knowing how important it was for the care and welfare , he exemplified in everything he did. I am proud to have spent the time allotted in 'Life', to know big friend 'Fred'. RIP,LT!!!!!! Retired 1Sgt. Army 2/102nd. INF,BCB, Ken Bruno, and family.

Mary and family, please accept my sincerest condolences for your recent loss. It was a long battle and thanks to your help Fred faced it head on and with dignity.
I have had the privilege of knowing Fred for close to fifty years, as a teammate and friend.
When I left Bridgeport, CT to attend the same college as Fred in Oklahoma, he took me under his wing and helped make the transition much easier.
He was a tough competitor and a great friend.
May he rest in peace and God bless your family.

I first met Fred working at WB Meyer and he always took the time to stop by and chat with me. We formed an amazing friendship which I cherished. I soon after was lucky enough to meet Mary and at the time Lil Libby. We played golf together and spent many of dinners with our dear friend Phyllis Viets at the Liggens home. You were bigger than life my friend and I will never forget your warm hugs. My love, Prayers and Condolences to Mary Chad and Libby.

I've known Fred for close to 40 years through the moving business. We worked together for a few years in the late 90's at Meyer. What a wonderful human being. Loved by everyone that knew him. Really enjoyed our rounds of golf together. Prayers for Mary, Chad and Libby.

Mary, Libby, & Chad- I am so very sorry for your loss. I’ve known Fred since Edison grammar school, although I had not seen him recently. He was a larger than life person… in stature, physicality, and personality. So many good times, so many stories, so many memories, so much to be missed. I will always remember him fondly.
With sincere sympathy.
