Many years ago, when Resu and I moved to New Jersey, we found ourselves far from my parents, and even further from hers. But, Peggy invited us to join Sunday dinner, and she always treated us like we were just more family - She and Paco were always so welcoming, and happy to see us, but at the same time, acted like we were there every week (I sometimes wish we were). She transformed what could have been a very lonely time for us into something special, and that feeling has remained - she was, and will always be way more to us than a cousin. We will miss you, Peggy, but at the same time, you will always be with us. We love you!
