I am so very sorry to hear of Dontrel's passing! Dontrel was a great neighbor to me and my dog, Kona, on Fortuna in San Diego. He always had time to visit with one or both of us and, I always felt safe knowing he was right next door. He was so, so kind and it's obvious he was loved. My deepest sympathies to all.

My deepest condolences to the Flathers family. I had the privilege of teaching Dontrel at Lordship school. He had a great sense of humor, with a touch of temper! He kept me on my toes, and I enjoyed every minute. He was a stellar athlete and boy could he run! I have thought of him often and I am glad to hear he found a passion at the brewery. I will remember him as he was my first class of teaching. I am so sorry for your loss and May God bless your family with strength through your grieving process. My prayers are with you all Amy Ferraro

my heart truly goes out the family.. My condolences.. dontrel will truly be missed. It's all so surreal, he was such a different genuine real soul.. Dontrel was really the funniest if ykyk.. I always thought it was funny cause he could be anti social but had so many friends that loved him.. When me & my brother evan first moved to Stratford he was one of the first REAL friend evan made coming over everyday, down to balling at the courts.. He's 10+ & family for life.. We love & appreciate you for always being you.. I'm so grateful I got the memories I do with you I will continue to cherish them.. Rest in paradise my friend, see you later.. give our dad & brother the biggest hello for us.
