Harold and his wife Eva were both wonderful people. I had the honor of working with Harold while I was a Deputy Director at the New York State Office for the Aging and then later on at the New York StateWide Senior Action Council. They were both deeply respected as knowledgeable and caring advocates.
Harold was a staunch supporter of StateWide Senior Action Council and helped guide it through a difficult transition period to assure it would continue to flourish to help elderly people and their families across the state. He literally provided the shirt off or his back to make things work.
I admired Harold's sage wisdom. He did everything as a volunteer because he felt it was the right thing to do.
We are so grateful. Harold will be missed!
